Microsoft chính thức ngừng hỗ trợ Windows 11 24H2 trên các CPU Intel thế hệ 8, 9 và 10

Microsoft cuối cùng đã công bố danh sách hỗ trợ chính thức cho phiên bản Windows 11 24H2. Đáng chú ý, gã khổng lồ công nghệ có trụ sở tại Redmond đã bất ngờ loại bỏ một số SKU của Intel khỏi danh sách này, mặc dù về mặt kỹ thuật, rất nhiều trong số đó vẫn đáp ứng tốt yêu cầu của hệ thống và nên được hỗ trợ trên phiên bản 24H2. Nhìn chung, tính đến thời điểm hiện tại, Microsoft không còn hỗ trợ các dòng chip này trên những hệ thống PC chạy phiên bản Windows 11 mới nhất, ít nhất là trên giấy tờ.

Cụ thể, các SKU Ice Lake U và Y (Intel thế hệ 10 di động) và Comet Lake (Intel thế hệ 10 cho máy để bàn và di động) đã bị loại bỏ. Về các SKU mới được thêm vào danh sách, Intel đã bổ sung các dòng chip di động Core UL và HL Raptor Lake (series 1) cũng như "Core 3 100U với IPU" vào danh sách. Ngoài ra, các CPU nhúng Intel Atom cũng đã được bổ sung.
